Prior to shipping, all items are quality checked by our team. Be assured that Cadorah is here to make things right! If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise or the wrong item, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS, Please contact us at email@example.com.
Measurements for each jewelry piece are noted on our website to allow you to verify fit prior to ordering. Refunds are not given for jewelry items that do not fit.
REPAIRS: Cadorah's team will gladly repair damaged jewelry items returned with all pieces included within 30 days of the delivery date. If an item is irreparable for any reason due to product and/or material discontinuation, volcanic activity, product unavailability or manufacturer price changes, a store credit will be issued for the original amount paid, less shipping and handling fees.
All sales are final after 14 days from the delivery date.
GIFTS: We understand that true friends, the ones that really love you, will give the gift of Cadorah for all important occasions such as birthdays, Groundhogs Day, Mondays or a combined trifecta of the three for those of you born on February 2nd like Cadorah's founder. Gifts received can be returned for a one-time exchange of equal or lesser value for up to 14 days from the delivery date. Proof of purchase is required.
